Dionne is a movement practitioner with a background in contemporary dance and a passion for mindful, breath led practice. With a unique blend of Yoga and Pilates, her work is rooted in both function and feeling, offering intelligent, fluid movement experiences that are grounded, expressive, and restorative.

Her journey began in the studio as a contemporary dancer, where she discovered the transformative impact of both Pilates and Yoga on body and mind. Over time, these practices evolved into more than physical disciplines — they became languages of presence, rhythm, and self return.

Dionne holds an MSc (Pre reg) in Physiotherapy, a Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Rehabilitation certification, and a 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification. These qualifications inform her teaching with a strong foundation in anatomy, movement science, and somatic awareness.

Today, Dionne’s teaching weaves anatomical precision with intuitive movement, shaped by academic training and years of embodied exploration. Her person-centred and adaptive approach honours the unique needs of every body — whether in group classes, private sessions, or immersive offerings. With a focus on breath, alignment, and embodied awareness, she holds space for movement as a meditative and creative practice of self discovery. Her classes invite you to slow down, tune in, and move with intention, connection, and self awareness.
